Welcome!
I am a PhD student at the Swiss Seismological Service and the Department of Earth Sciences, ETH Zurich. I am also a Visiting Student of Research at Stanford University from July 2025 to June 2026.
My work focuses on understanding across-scale fault slip and earthquake cycles in fault-fluid systems using efficient numerical schemes. Broadly, I am interested in scientific computing, porous media, and granular matter, especially where they connect to geological hazards.
Before joining ETH Zurich, I earned my master’s degree in Geological Engineering from Tongji University, Shanghai. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Central South University, with a bachelor’s thesis period at Monash University.
